Steves has been a full-time commercial broker in the San Antonio area for over 25 years and has completed more than 500 transactions, including both sales and leases. He has also managed all sizes of commercial office, retail, and industrial properties for a diverse group of owners. Steves has had the opportunity to oversee entitlements on land development ventures, and construction projects of multi-tenant office and retail projects both large and small.
