Henry specializes in office, retail and industrial as well as land brokerage and investment sales throughout Texas.
Background
With his strong background in Corporate Finance and Commercial Real Estate, Henry brings a well-rounded perspective to every client engagement. He has led Director level roles overseeing the deal transaction process from inception, to underwriting to overseeing deals to Title including all due diligence involved, the securitization of debt and equity fund-raising, through closing. He also is experienced in Commercial Leasing, Tenant Representation and Asset Management. He is particularly drawn to the commitment of connecting professionals with meaningful opportunities, a value he shares and has practiced throughout his career. He earned an MBA from the University of the Incarnate Word and an Economics degree from Southern Methodist University.
