Current Role
Todd oversees all activities of REOC San Antonio, including all its business operations and each commercial real estate services division.

A San Antonio native, Todd began his career in commercial real estate in 1985. His early focus was in the office leasing and sales arena. After joining Mission City Properties in 1992 as its Director of Operations, Todd developed that organization into one of the largest and most successful office leasing and management firms in the city, subsequently merging that group with Koontz McCombs Realty Services prior to joining REOC San Antonio.

He has successfully won hundreds of property management and leasing assignments over the years from both entrepreneurial and institutional clients demonstrating his leadership, organizational skills and proven performance. During his active brokerage career Todd closed over 800 transactions with a volume of over $200 million. As leader of his current and past brokerage teams he has actively participated in hundreds of other transactions with dollar volumes well over $1 billion.
