Current Role:
Hans specializes in brokerage and leasing of office, retail and industrial space throughout Bexar and neighboring Texas Counties. In addition to providing this service to owners and landlords, tenant representation is always available to those searching for prime space for their corporate headquarters and/or branch outlets.

While specializing in landlord/tenant negotiations, participation in the architectural design and obtaining bids for tenant finish-out are offered as an additional service.

Background & Experience:
Hans began his commercial real estate career in 1986 with the forerunner of REOC San Antonio, Compass Alliance Real Estate Services. In 1990, he parlayed that experience into providing property tax representation & advisory services to commercial real estate clients while associated with a San Antonio law firm, and later, a Property Tax Consultant firm. After several years of experience in this capacity, he has returned to his initial expertise in brokerage & leasing.
